Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations & Changes Due to the nature of custom printed and embroidered apparel - orders are made especially for you and cannot be reused or resold; we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, we cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed or embroidered. Also color of garments may vary in color from one computer monitor to another and we will not be able to accept returns for this reason, as well. If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at contact@springtreestores.com or call us at 1-888-454-2461 within 3 business days from receipt (this is once USPS has left the package with customer) of merchandise and we will be happy to replace the order in a timely manner. Cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours of purchasing on-line. Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before actual production has begun require written notice and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Due to the nature of the products we provide, primarily imprinting, embroidery and customization, orders once imprinted or embroidered, are not changeable, cancelable or returnable.
Shipment & Delivery Times The production time for your custom order averages about 7 to 10 business days plus an additional 2 to 3 days for shipping via USPS, our exclusive shipping service. Orders are generally delivered within 10 to 12 business days.
